Upcoming Free Events

The River Walk trail is too narrow to provide for the physical distancing required to combat COVID-19. For the protection of our staff and the public, the River Walk trail and Du Bois River Park remain closed at this time. We will open the trail for the 2020 season as soon as conditions improve, followed by:
Self-Guided Tree Walks in April,
Our annual Earth Day Clean-up, Saturday May 2,
River Walk Goes Wild! Saturday, May 30,
Volunteer Work Days through the season,
Bird With Us! Thursdays in May, and

Self-Guided Tree Walks At River Walk

Monday, April 13-Friday, May 1, 2020
Visit River Walk’s native riparian trees. In connection with Arbor Day, learn about six native riparian trees along River Walk’s upstream section, then travel downstream to enjoy our new arboretum. Enjoy the emerging foliage along the Housatonic River. CLICK
